Membership in Silver Elite is completely free. All seminars and other benefits are included at no charge. Join here!

Silver Elite hosts events in the Tulsa, Owasso, Claremore, Cushing and Henryetta areas.
Once your membership form has been processed (please allow 30 days), you should begin receiving an invitation to an event in the mail each month. If you applied more than 30 days ago and are not receiving monthly invitations to events, please call 918-579-6060, ext. 2 or e-mail SilverElite@Hillcrest.com.
You may pick up your new member T-shirt at the first Silver Elite event you attend. At events in Tulsa, stop by the Silver Elite table anytime during the event. At events outside of Tulsa, stop by the check-in table at the end of the event. T-shirts are available at official Silver Elite events only and will not be mailed. Limit one T-shirt per member.
The Silver Elite program does not offer exercise.
However, some private health plans provide access to free fitness memberships through the SilverSneakers® Fitness program. According to their website, these plans include AARP® Medicare Supplement Insurance, BlueCross BlueShield of Oklahoma, Coventry Health Care, Humana and UnitedHealthcare®. For exercise in Claremore, Hillcrest Claremore provides free exercise classes for seniors. Please email ClaremoreFit@gmail.com or call 918-579-6060 (ext. 2) for more information about these classes.
For exercise in Tulsa, Hillcrest Medical Center offers affordable memberships at its fitness center. More information can be found on its Fitness Center page.
Medicare Questions
Call the Medicare Insurance Helpline at 855-607-2615. You can receive assistance on the phone or an agent would be glad to meet with you in person. MedicareCompareUSA is an independent insurance agency that is not affiliated with the federal Medicare program. Those turning 65 should begin looking at options three months before their birthday, according to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Medicare’s open enrollment period is October 15 through December 7. For those who currently have Medicare health or prescription drug plans, this is the time when changes can be made.

Hillcrest HealthCare System includes Oklahoma Heart Institute and Utica Park Clinic. Medicare Advantage plans contracted with Hillcrest include BlueCross BlueShield of Oklahoma, Coventry Health Care, Generations Healthcare, GlobalHealth Medicare, Humana Insurance Company, and UnitedHealthcare®.
